Customer data is often scattered: in Excel, in the mail client, on notes and in the heads of individual staff. Nobody knows exactly who last spoke to the customer and what was promised. uttek Customers brings it together in one clear customer file the whole team uses.
Every customer has a number, contacts, tags and a history of calls, e-mails, meetings and notes. Any entry becomes a follow-up with one click; due tasks appear on the overview. Deals move through the pipeline by drag & drop, and the weighted forecast updates automatically.
Customer statuses, sources, activity types, pipeline stages and terms (e.g. client instead of customer) are set in the admin area. Via uttek Connect, uttek Customers is the shared customer master for Dispo, Tickets, Call and Shop: callbacks, tickets, jobs and orders appear automatically in the customer history.

Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and use the purchased version indefinitely. 12 months of updates are included; renewing afterwards is optional.
Can I bring my customers over from Excel or Outlook?
Yes. Export a CSV file; uttek Customers suggests the field mapping, detects duplicates and shows the result in a dry run before anything is saved.
How many users can I create?
Basic includes up to 5 users, Pro up to 30 users and Enterprise up to 100 users – technicians and staff count as users. Exception: with the app add-on (one-time per company: €33 (Basic), €59 (Pro) or €99 (Enterprise)) you get as many app users as you need. There are no per-seat prices – if you need more users, simply choose the next tier.
Does uttek Customers work with the other uttek tools?
Yes, from Pro via uttek Connect. uttek Customers then is the shared customer master: Tickets, Call, Dispo and Shop use the same customers, and their activities appear in the customer history.
What do I need to run it?
Web space with PHP 8.2 or newer. The database (SQLite) is built in; MySQL/MariaDB is optional.
Are e-mails sent to customers?
Only if you set it up and the customer has consented, via your mail server. During the test phase e-mails are only logged, not sent.
Can I try the demo?
Yes, without sign-up. Every visit gets its own demo database with sample data (trades, agency, wholesale), deleted after 24 hours.
How secure are logins and data?
Passwords are only stored as a secure hash; new passwords need at least 12 characters and are checked offline against a list of leaked passwords. Everyone can set up two-factor sign-in via an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Aegis) with backup codes, and the admin can require it per role. After 5 failed attempts a login lockout with increasing delay applies; “forgot password” sends a single-use link valid for 1 hour. Optionally notes on customers, contact persons and deals are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with the key outside the web root. The “Security (status)” page shows all measures at a glance.
Is uttek Customers (CRM) available yet?
Yes. uttek Customers is available now in the Basis, Pro and Enterprise editions – with a live demo, no sign-up needed.
