✓ allowed · ✋ manual only (allowed, but not scheduled automatically – stays in the inbox with a note) · 📧 to partner service provider by email (not in calendar/capacity, status tracking in the job, see below) · – not allowed. Jobs of these types go automatically on receipt to the service provider whose vehicles cover the postcode (main postcodes, then secondary; Admin › Vehicles). They see them in their Contractor dispatch (role “Service provider dispatcher”, Admin › Users) and maintain accepted / scheduled / done / note there – this appears here in the job, in the history and in the bell. Not in our calendar; Auto-Dispo does not schedule them. If no service provider covers the postcode, the job stays in the inbox with “no service provider for postcode”. The placement algorithm is unchanged.
Je Auftragsart optional die Leistungsbereiche anhaken, die verteilt werden. Keine angehakt = alle Leistungsbereiche.
As soon as a job of this type lands in the inbox (import, manual, interface/API, test data), the bell shows e.g. “🔔 New fault in the inbox: 12345 town, standard” with a link to the job. Tradespeople/service providers without access see the job read-only (place, type, service area – no customer data). In the iPhone app the notification also appears after offline phases as soon as there is a connection again.
Sound: short alert tone on open pages (iPhone: after the first tap in the app). Without recipients the bell stays off.
Tradespeople and service providers always acknowledge only for themselves.
