1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of uttek, owner Rüdiger Ude. The offer is aimed primarily at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB (German Civil Code).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our confirmation or the provision of the licence.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. Pursuant to Section 19 UStG no VAT is charged (small business regulation). Should this change, prices are net plus statutory VAT; the information at the time of the order applies. Payment by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (Stripe).

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital as a download after receipt of payment. You receive the licence keys by email and in your customer account.
