VAT plus shipping, pages for terms, withdrawal, privacy, imprint and shipping. Small business scheme (§ 19 UStG) can be switched on. You enter your own legal texts.

Storefront, cart and coupons
Categories, search and sorting, product pages with images, stock display and variants. Coupons as percentage or fixed amount, with minimum order value, validity period and redemption limit. Works on the smartphone as well as on the desktop.
PDF invoices
Sequential invoice number, all mandatory details under German VAT law (§ 14 UStG), VAT per rate, created automatically on payment or immediately for purchase on account. Customers download the invoice via their order link.
Digital products and downloads
Sell e-books, templates, courses or gift cards: download after payment via a personal link with a limited number of downloads and an expiry date.
Stock and variants
Stock per item and variant, alert on low stock, “sold out” in the shop, restocking on cancellation. Variants such as size and colour with their own price and stock from Pro.
Orders, shipping and payment
Views for new, open and to-be-shipped orders, bulk actions, shipping with tracking number, order status for customers, e-mails at every step. Prepayment, invoice and cash on pickup; online payment (PayPal, card) from Pro. During the test phase payments and e-mails are only logged.
Customer accounts, purchase on account and B2B
Customers with number and order history, enable purchase on account per customer, GDPR data access and erasure. In Enterprise: customer groups with discounts for resellers and business customers.
Reports (Pro and up)
Revenue per month, orders, average basket, top sellers, revenue by category, payment and shipping method – with CSV export.
uttek Connect (Pro and up)
REST API and signed webhooks. Paid orders appear in the customer history of uttek Customers, and customer data is kept in sync.
SQLite or MySQL/MariaDB
Starts with SQLite and zero setup. A wizard later moves to MySQL/MariaDB with trial run and backup (Pro and up), PostgreSQL in Enterprise.
State-of-the-art security
Password policy with a check against leaked passwords, two-factor sign-in via authenticator app with backup codes (can be required per role), login lockout after failed attempts, “forgot password” by email, HTTPS/HSTS and encryption of sensitive fields – all switchable, nothing forced.
