Record promptly – on the road too
Start a trip on the phone and finish it at the destination, or enter it afterwards: date and time, odometer at start and end, start, destination, purpose, business partner and driver.
Tamper-proof entries
Every trip is locked. Corrections and cancellations only with a reason, user and timestamp – the old state stays visible. The hash chain (SHA-256) detects changes made behind the program's back.
Business, private, commute
Every trip clearly classified; trips between home and the first place of work kept apart, private detours on a business trip shown separately with the route.
Mileage without gaps
The odometer is carried forward per vehicle. Overlaps are rejected, gaps are only accepted with a reason, late entries after X days are flagged.
Audit report
Checks the chain and every trip against its last logged state and lists gaps, late entries, corrections, cancellations and unusually long trips – also as PDF.
Export for tax adviser & tax office
Mileage log as PDF (chronological per vehicle, with list of corrections and audit note) and as CSV. A separate “tax adviser / audit” role with read-only access.

Password policy with a check against leaked passwords, two-factor sign-in via authenticator app with backup codes (can be required per role), login lockout after failed attempts, “forgot password” by email, HTTPS/HSTS and encryption of sensitive fields – all switchable, nothing forced.
