Booking with a complete log
Goods in, withdrawal for a job or site, transfer to a van and correction with a reason. Every movement shows the stock afterwards and the user; reversals only as counter-entries.
Barcodes on the phone
Find items with a barcode scanner (USB/Bluetooth) or the phone camera and book straight away – also as an installable web app for the team in the store and in the van.
Minimum stock and reorder list
Shortfalls are visible immediately and are notified. The reorder list by supplier deducts quantities already on order and suggests the quantity.
Stocktakes with count sheets

State-of-the-art security
Password policy with a check against leaked passwords, two-factor sign-in via authenticator app with backup codes (can be required per role), login lockout after failed attempts, “forgot password” by email, HTTPS/HSTS and encryption of sensitive fields – all switchable, nothing forced.
