More features of uttek Customers
Customer file with contacts
Business and private customers with sequential customer number, several contacts, tags, status (lead, customer, regular, inactive) and source. Saved views, filters, bulk actions and vCard export.
History, tasks and follow-ups
Calls, e-mails, meetings, quotes and notes in the customer history. Follow-ups with due date and owner, e-mail reminder and a hint for customers nobody has spoken to in a long time.
Duplicate check and import
Identical e-mail addresses, phone numbers and names are detected on create and on CSV import. Merging moves history, contacts and deals. Import from Excel, Outlook or Google Contacts with field mapping and dry run.
Deal pipeline (Pro and up)
Deals with value, stage, probability and expected close date as a kanban board. Won deals add to customer revenue; loss reasons are analysed.
Reports (Pro and up)
New customers per month, won deals, win rate, customers by status, source, owner and city, top customers by revenue – with CSV export.
uttek Connect: customer master (Pro and up)
REST API and signed webhooks. Dispo, Tickets, Call and Shop use the same customers; their callbacks, tickets, jobs and orders appear in the customer history.
GDPR, roles and security
Consents for e-mail and SMS marketing with timestamp, data access as a file, erasure by anonymisation, automatic retention period. Roles from sales to read-only; in Enterprise staff can be limited to their own customers.
SQLite or MySQL/MariaDB
Starts with SQLite and zero setup. A wizard later moves to MySQL/MariaDB with trial run and backup (Pro and up), PostgreSQL in Enterprise.
State-of-the-art security
Password policy with a check against leaked passwords, two-factor sign-in via authenticator app with backup codes (can be required per role), login lockout after failed attempts, “forgot password” by email, HTTPS/HSTS and encryption of sensitive fields – all switchable, nothing forced.
