Fair for founders: you only pay for what you need – service balance in credits (1 credit = 15 minutes), fixed prices for standard services – or a subscription with guaranteed response time.
1 credit = 15 minutes = €15.00 · No VAT is charged in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small business scheme).
Our promise
uttek is a small business. Behind the shop is me, Rudi. This is what you can rely on:
A promise is kept
What I promise you, I keep. Price, date, scope – just as agreed. If something does go wrong, I tell you openly and put it right.
No petty billing
Short questions up to about 10 minutes cost nothing. When I bill time, I round down in your favour, never up.
Your satisfaction comes first
You should enjoy working with the software. If something doesn’t fit, we find a solution together – better to ask once too often.
Rudi instead of a hotline
You write to me personally, not to a call centre. You usually get an answer within 24 hours on working days.
I check in after your purchase
About 14 days after your purchase I briefly ask whether everything is running. No marketing mails, just a personal check-in.
Benefits for regular customers
From purchase no. 3: 10 % loyalty discount on further licences and 30 extra minutes of help for free. Small extras like swapping a logo or a quick question are free anyway.

We install the tool on your web space/server, set up the database, cron and HTTPS check and hand over the admin login.
