Updates
All editions (Basic, Pro, Enterprise): updates for 12 months from purchase included, Pro and Enterprise additionally with email support. After that, updates can optionally be extended for 20 % of the purchase price per year; without an extension the software keeps running unchanged. Versions already obtained may be used permanently.
App licence (mobile web app)
The mobile app (installable web app for iPhone & Android) is a separate licence, paid once and perpetual, per tool, company (business) and domain with as many app users as you need; there are no recurring fees. It is activated with a licence key that the customer enters in the administration of their software. The software checks the key about once a day online at uttek.de – solely to protect against unauthorised use; only the licence key, domain, software version and time are transmitted – no order, customer or personnel data.
If the licence server cannot be reached, the app keeps running: a successful check is valid for 30 days, followed by a 14-day grace period with a notice. Only an invalid or copied key, a key used on a different domain, or a key returned after withdrawal or refund is blocked – and even then only the mobile app or technician view; the browser version of the software and all data remain fully usable. A change of domain is possible on request. Circumventing, removing or modifying the licence check is not permitted. Special requests for the app are charged once by quotation via service credits.
Editions and features (uttek Dispo)
- Basic: planning board with drag & drop, order intake (form, CSV, interface), customer information via SMS/email, on-site feedback, technician view, team feedback and service-provider access – without Auto-Dispo; up to 5 users.
- Pro: additionally Auto-Dispo (automatic scheduling of open orders by area, qualification, time window and route), end-of-day close with reminder, workload bar per technician, "on my way" SMS to the next customer and email support; up to 30 users.
- Enterprise: additionally map dispatching ("who is nearby?"), tour map with drag & drop, "sort day" with two modes and motorway traffic, vehicle logbook, team chat and day lock; setup by us and priority support; up to 100 users.
The edition is linked to the licence key. The software confirms it about once a day online with the uttek licence server (licence key, domain and version are transmitted). If the server is temporarily unavailable, the last confirmed edition remains valid for 30 days; without a confirmed licence the software continues to run as Basic.
Upgrade: Switching to a higher edition (e.g. Basic → Pro, Pro → Enterprise) costs the difference between the current list prices. The licence key stays the same, activation happens online without reinstallation; the update period remains unchanged.
Updates and customisation packages
Updates are provided as packages digitally signed by uttek and are verified in your installation before being applied. You receive standard updates for all versions released within your update period. Before every update the software backs up code and database; if the subsequent self-test fails, it automatically rolls back to the previous state.
Customer-specific adjustments are provided as a package exclusively for your licence after acceptance of a service quote (billed in credits). They live in a separate customer layer (folder custom/) and are preserved during standard updates; if a standard update changes a customised part, the software points this out.
